This on-site role oversees all aspects of the halal meat department's daily retail operations.### Key responsibilities* Supervising a team of 5 to 10 staff members* Managing merchandise procurement and maintaining appropriate inventory levels* Implementing and managing pricing strategies* Making staffing decisions, including hiring and scheduling* Resolving customer complaints and addressing supply chain issues* Ensuring high operational standards in a fast-paced retail environment* Working across all shifts (morning, day, evening,
