SOAHAC, Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre, London site, seeks a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for a full time contract to cover parental leave through February 19, 2027. The role supports primary care teams with assessments, immunizations, venipuncture, wound care and EMR documentation.
Requirements include active CNO registration, an RPN diploma and 2–3 years of primary care experience. Travel to SOAHAC sites may be required; HOOPP pension option available.
