YOUR MISSIONS

We are seeking a controller for a manufacturing company located in Laval.

Reporting to the president, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the organization’s financial and strategic planning
Implementing the management processes and administrative procedures necessary for the teams to function effectively
Participate in the negotiation and management of contracts, including legal and financial aspects
Ensure regulatory compliance of the departments under your responsibility, in accordance with internal policies
Contribute to the evaluation of investment projects alongside senior management
Prepare and approve financial statements (by entity and consolidated,



on a monthly and annual basis)
Oversees cost control and adherence to production standards
Establishes accounting methods and procedures and ensures their implementation
Fosters a inspiring work workplace focused on accountability and performance
Mentors, motivates, and develops team members
Serves as a point of reference on financial and accounting issues related to integrated management systems

YOUR PROFILE

What we’re looking for:
CPA certification
5 years of experience in similar roles (manufacturing experience is a plus)
Skilled knowledge of MS Office and ERP (Epicor is a plus)
Experience supervising a team
Bilingual (English/French)

What we offer:
A salary between $110,000 and $120,000
37.5-hour workweek
