Responsibilities
Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations during service.
Assist in food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to uphold food safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and presentation.
Monitor inventory levels within your section and communicate supply needs proactively.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work station at all times.
Support the training of junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team workplace.

Skills




Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, demonstrating strong cooking skills.
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service hours.
Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques across various cuisines.
Strong serving skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
