As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll help create a positive experience from the moment a customer calls or walks through the door to the time they pick up their vehicle.

This job will include:
Greeting customers and providing friendly, skilled service
Answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, and scheduling appointments
Creating and maintaining customer repair orders
Communicating with customers about vehicle repairs, timelines, and costs
Providing updates on repair progress and following up with customers as needed
Coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Working closely with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
Helping resolve customer concerns in a skilled and positive manner

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
Charlottetown, PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
