Serpa Steel Custom Fabrication Inc. is looking for a Sheet Metal – Laser Cutting / Press Brake Operator to join our team for the night shift.
The successful candidate will assist with sheet metal fabrication and operate press brake and laser cutting equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Operate press brake and laser cutting equipment
Set up machines according to job requirements
Read and follow drawings and work instructions
Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy
Load and unload materials as required
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow company safety procedures
Assist with other shop duties as required
Qualifications:
Previous experience with press brake, laser cutting,
or sheet metal fabrication preferred
Ability to read basic drawings and measurements
Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop setting
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
Able to work the full 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift
Contract: This is initially a 6-month contract position, with the chance to transition into a full time permanent position based on performance and business needs.
