Responsibilities
Execute renovation projects from start to finish, including building, construction and painting.
Utilize power tools effectively and safely to complete renovation tasks.
Restore and renovate various types of properties to meet quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project completion within specified timelines.
Qualifications
Proven experience in renovation projects with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
Proficiency in a variety of construction tasks.
Robust knowledge of power tools and their proper usage.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks efficiently.
