Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized Procurement Assistant to support our purchasing and supplier-related activities. In this role, you will help with purchase orders, supplier communication, product information, records, and routine administrative tasks related to procurement.

This is an entry-level chance, and previous procurement or purchasing experience is not required. Training will be provided to help you learn our purchasing procedures, systems, and supplier communication processes.

Responsibilities
Assist with preparing and processing purchase orders.
Enter and update purchasing information in company systems.
Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, availability, and delivery schedules.
Request and organize product and pricing information from suppliers.
Follow up on pending orders and delivery updates.




Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records.
Help compare supplier information, prices, and available options.
Help organize invoices, documents, and procurement records.

Experience
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to follow procedures and keep records organized.
Comfortable communicating with suppliers and team members.
Willingness to learn purchasing systems and procedures.

Pay: $23.60-$31.22 per hour
