We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through identifying new business opportunities and building solid relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to drive business growth
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Negotiate and close deals that promote sustained revenue growth
Utilize our CRM software, to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
Collaborate with our internal team to ensure the execution is successful
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion

Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Transportation or logistics sales experience is a bonus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
