Job Duties:
Manage paperwork for import/export Airfreight
Rating an billing the jobs you handle
Provide support with after-hours calls on occasion
Assist in dispatching trucks to various locations for deliveries
Customer service and ongoing follow up related to delivery times and/or delivery delays. This is primarily via phone and email.
Qualities You Bring:
2+ years working in a fast-paced office
Strong problem-solving ability
Solid interpersonal skills
Forklift Experience is an asset
Highly organized and able to juggle many plates. This is a quick-moving role that requires organizational skills and grace under pressure
The ability to manage and organize large amounts of paperwork
Experience within the transportation industry is very helpful as well
