Duties
Operate grills and cooking equipment efficiently to prepare a variety of grilled menu items with consistency and quality.
Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all food handling practices meet health standards.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients for grilling.
Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly.
Serve freshly prepared grilled dishes promptly to guests with friendly and attentive service.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal flavor, texture, and safety of all food items.




Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and uphold high standards of food presentation.

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant settings, or kitchen settings, especially with grilling or meal preparation.
Solid knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry.
Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
Ability to operate commercial-grade grills and related kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
Familiarity with cooking techniques specific to grilling meats, vegetables, and other menu items.
Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks during busy service hours.
Enthusiasm for learning new recipes, techniques, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
