Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Indo Chinese dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation standards are met
Handle all aspects of food preparation, including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Monitor food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times
Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage meal timings and ensure timely service during busy hours
Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying management of shortages or expired items




Uphold high standards of food service by ensuring each dish is prepared with care and served promptly

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting
Strong knowledge of Indo Chinese cuisine techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
Excellent skills in serving customers and understanding their preferences to enhance their dining experience
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and food safety standards
Experience in meal preparation for large groups or restaurant service environments
Valuable communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and ensure smooth kitchen operations
