MKW Commercial Vehicle Outfitters is a leader in designing, manufacturing, and installing cutting-edge solutions for commercial vehicles.

We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager who has experience in the commercial outfitting field. This position works closely with our sales and production teams. This position will work closely with current manager who will be retiring when new candidate is fully trained and is ready to take over.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership
Partner with the sales team to prepare sales estimates and sales orders.
Ensure timely order entry into ERP.
Maintain sales order accuracy.
Create purchase orders and maintain inventory accuracy.
Maintain vehicle status within Zoho. Vehicle arrival, in-process, vehicle completion, final quality checks, inspect and pack.
Customer service experience required.

Job Costing & Profitability
Develop and maintain accurate job costing.
Compare quoted and estimated costs.
Partner with Sales and Operations to improve quoting, pricing, and margins.

Inventory
Oversee inventory accuracy.
Manage monthly cycle counts

What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in our industry.
Experience in manufacturing,



automotive, commercial vehicles, industrial, distribution, construction.
Ability to work effectively with both sales and operational teams.
