Job Description:
As an assistant Manager at Ernest, you will play a key role in our store where professional growth opportunities are limitless. You will represent the Ernest brand image and are expected to provide excellent customer service to help our clients meet their needs in men’s clothing and accessories and support our team

Position Requirements:
Excellent customer and service skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional attitude and appearance at all times.
At least 1 year of experience in fashion and retail sales is an asset.
Ability to effectively support a team and collaborate with management
Self-directed with strong decision-making skills
Knowledge of men's fashion trends and popular brands
Knowledge of inventory management systems and sales management

Type of employment: Full-time

Hourly range: 20$ - 30$ / hour
This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The pay rate offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, experience, and local labor market demands.
