We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Overnight Crew member to join our team. Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Manage cashier responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency, including upselling menu items
Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Handle food safely, adhering to all health guidelines and procedures
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment
Maintain time management skills to complete tasks promptly during overnight shifts
Support team members with various duties such as serving customers or cleaning as required
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or the food industry is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and safety standards
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS or similar platforms
Solid customer service skills with the ability to handle cash handling accurately
Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
Ability to work overnight hours reliably and efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during shift hours
Kitchen experience or food handling certification is a plus
Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
