Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
Provide attentive caregiving to meet the individual needs of each child, including feeding, diapering, and comforting
Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by adhering to health and safety standards
Observe and document each child's progress to inform planning and communicate with families regularly
Foster positive behavior through encouragement, guidance, and conflict resolution strategies
Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development
Skills
Experience working with children across various age groups in early childhood settings
Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to supporting children's physical and emotional needs
Classroom experience demonstrating effective management of group activities and routines
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Ability to teach foundational skills through engaging activities that stimulate curiosity and learning
Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, families, and team members

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
