Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator

Our client in York Region, ON is actively looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team.

Position Description:
Validate and process a variety of invoices including manual and robotic/human validation process
Three-way matching and resolving any discrepancies
Manage a portfolio of invoices for each specific location
Answer all inquiries in a skilled and efficient manor
Working closely with internal departments regarding invoices
Acting as the point of contact for different locations to address inquiries

Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of Accounts payable processing experience
Experience in retail/hospitality environment is considered a solid asset
Experience with Oracle or JDE is considered an asset
Solid attention to detail, communication skills, and organizational skills
