In this senior position, you will report to the Client Services Manager while overseeing high-risk fieldwork at mine sites. You'll be integral to recent product introductions and ensuring installations meet Wenco's standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead installation and commissioning of recent deployments
Establish installation baselines and perform QA checks




Conduct advanced root cause analysis on system issues
Mentor Field Services Analysts on best practices
Build training materials and troubleshooting guides

Requirements:
5–10 years in hardware installation or field services
Degree in Electronics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Expertise in networking, GPS, and rugged hardware
Valid driver's license and able to travel extensively
French fluency preferred for client interactions
