Summary

We are a manufacturing company seeking for a Quality Engineer with strong practical background in developing and implementing QMS in a rapid-paced manufacturing workplace. The candidate should have Microsoft Office Skills, be detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities Included but not Limited to:

1- Collect data of Internal NCRs and input in tracking system.

3- Perform Root cause Analysis -by data collection and pictorial tools such as “Fishbone Diagram” and “Fault tree analysis” or SPC.

4- Maintaining a complete Log for all kind of Errors and Defects in following areas and making suitable reports for management (with emphasize on causes)
Scraps
Customer NCRs and Complaints
Reworks

5- Disposition Welding and Scrap Jobs and related activities (Measurements, root cause analysis and so on)

6-Implementing Preventive maintenance schedule/program to minimize breakdown.

7-Submitting customer surveys through Sales department and preparing management reports.

8-Send out vendor/supplier surveys and makes reports; these surveys will be used in vendor selection/evaluation procedure.

9-Maintain the calibration system.

10-Prepare Quality Management reports and KPIs -key performance indicators like : On-time delivery, Quality NCR categories and cost-related reports.





11- Monitor the execution of Training procedure.

12- Participate in Health and Safety Measures implementation in the shop floor.

Above are the minimum responsibilities as a Quality Engineer, more may be added based on availability and Company’s future projects.

Skills
Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Quick learner to gain the process knowledge necessary to perform this function.
Job requires a majority of time on shop floor in addition to office portion.
Should have a degree or diploma in Quality Assurance or related fields (CQE, etc). Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree is a plus.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Work with minimum supervision, being proactive and a self-starter that takes initiatives voluntarily.
Being an effective team player
Must be able to multi-task and comfortable to work on projects in addition to day-to-day responsibilities

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
