Duties
Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop effective treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
Utilize dental software such as Oryx to document patient records accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to coordinate patient care, schedule appointments, and manage follow-up treatments
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term oral health
Requirements
Valid dental license or certification to practice as a Dental Associate in the relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience working in a dental office setting with familiarity using Oryx or similar practice management software
Knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry and general health conditions
Experience working with pediatric patients (Pediatrics) is highly preferred
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain treatment options clearly to patients
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
