We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team! Duties
Perform a variety of medical-grade skincare treatments including customized facials, facial massage, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, RF micro needling, micro-needling, HIFU skin tightening, RF skin tightening, laser hair removal with Nd YAG and Alexandrite and laser therapies with precision and care
Conduct product demonstrations and recommend skincare solutions tailored to individual skin types and concerns
Engage guests with excellent customer service, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout each appointment
Assist with retail sales by upselling skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client results
Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations
Requirements
Proven experience as a Medical Aesthetician or Skin Care Specialist with a strong portfolio of treatments performed
Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and skincare routines effectively
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
Experience in retail sales and upselling skincare products or treatment packages is preferred
Hospitality-minded attitude with a focus on guest services and creating a welcoming workplace
