Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and skilled Barber/Stylist to join our energetic team. In this role, you will deliver top-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services while ensuring a positive experience for every client. Your expertise in hair styling, customer service, and sanitation will help us maintain our reputation as a premier full-service salon.

Duties
Provide professional haircuts, trims, and styling for men and women, including traditional and trendy looks
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following health regulations and safety standards
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue




Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and build lasting relationships
Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and industry best practices to deliver modern, fashionable results

Requirements
Proven experience as a Barber or Stylist with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Knowledge of hair styling techniques, tools, and products
Commitment to sanitation standards and safety procedures in all aspects of work
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining a friendly approach
Solid organizational skills for managing appointments at the front desk
Passion for staying current with industry trends and continuous learning opportunities

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
