We’re looking for motivated and outgoing Commercial Sales Representatives to join our growing team. No sales experience required — we provide full training and ongoing support.
What You’ll Do
Work from our office making outbound calls to businesses and qualified leads.
Identify customer needs and book appointments with business owners and decision-makers.
Meet with businesses to present our products, services, and solutions.
Build and maintain solid business relationships.
Follow up with prospects and manage leads through our CRM.
Work toward individual and team sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, friendly, and professional approach.
Motivated to learn and grow in sales.
Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting businesses in person.
Positive,
goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection.
Comfortable with technology and CRM systems — training provided.
Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required.
