Responsibilities
Thoroughly wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
Ensure all food service items are sanitized according to health and safety standards before being returned to the dining area or kitchen
Assist with basic food preparation tasks when necessary to support kitchen staff during busy periods
Support the overall cleanliness of the restaurant by removing trash and recycling materials regularly
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during service hours




Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination

Requirements
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and thoroughly
Knowledge of basic food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $17.90-$23.86 per hour
