We are seeking a Local or willing to relocate Project Manager to join our team .

Job description and Responsibilities
Project oversight: manage all phases of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Client relations: serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and building solid, long-term relationships.
Planning and coordination: develop comprehensive project schedules and coordinate effectively with internal teams (engineering, fabrication) and external stakeholders (contractors, site teams).
Budget management: monitor project budgets, control costs, and proactively identify and mitigate financial risks.
Team leadership: lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals, providing transparent direction and support across various functions.
Erection and quality control: collaborate with site teams to plan erection methods, and ensure all in office work adheres to Canam’s high safety and quality standards.
Problem solving: proactively identify and resolve project challenges,



developing contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
Documentation and reporting: maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and change orders, and report project status to senior management.
Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with estimation and sales teams during the pre-construction phase and support them with technical insights.

Qualifications
Experience with structural steel, concrete, and prefabricated building systems would be an asset
Proficiency in project management
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
A background in structural engineering is considered a strong asset.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 44.0 per week
