Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with customers, handling printing jobs, and assisting with shipping and other store services.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email
Assist customers with printing, copying, scanning, faxing, and document services
Prepare and process shipping and courier packages
Receive, label, and organize packages
Operate printers, copiers, scanners, and other office equipment
Assist customers with business cards, flyers, banners, signs, posters, and other printing products
Prepare files for printing and check artwork for basic sizing and quality
Handle cash, debit/credit payments, and POS transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
Answer customer questions and resolve basic service issues
Perform other general store duties as required

Skills
Qualifications
Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset
Printing or shipping-store experience is an asset
Basic computer skills required




Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CANVA is an asset
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy setting
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to lift and move packages when required
