Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a restaurant or food service environment and a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation.

Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
Assist in the planning of menus and daily specials, contributing creative ideas for meal options.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help train recent kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
Wash dishes.

Skills




Proven experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred.
Must be experienced in wok cooking ( using 16-inch works).
Robust knowledge of meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling practices.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal delivery.
Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding food presentation and safety standards.
A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that satisfy customers' needs.
Thai culinary expertise is a plus.
