The Farm Supervisor will manage a variety of tasks including directing crop activities, ensuring the implementation of soil fertility programs, and supervising operational processes on the farm. This role demands a proactive mindset and the ability to work during early mornings, as well as day and evening shifts, including overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct agricultural crop deleafing and seed cutting operations
Oversee crop health by assessing water saturation and temperature
Implement and manage soil fertility programs




Maintain records for livestock and production quality control
Operate and maintain farming machinery and equipment

Requirements:
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience
7 months to 1 year of relevant industry experience
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage a large workload
