Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties with precision
Assist customers with product inquiries, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to maximize sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are properly stocked and labeled
Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times and enhance customer satisfaction
Communicate clearly with customers using phone etiquette and active listening skills to address questions or concerns

Qualifications




Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Solid communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and processing transactions accurately
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
Ability to perform basic technology tasks including POS systems and product demos
Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving a diverse customer base
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
Positive attitude with strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation
