You will be responsible for sourcing the best policies from different insurers, negotiating terms, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales acumen, in-depth knowledge of the insurance market, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to clients in the Northern Cape .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients, providing tailored insurance advice and solutions.
- Assess client risks and recommend appropriate insurance products (e.g., life, short-term, commercial).
- Source competitive quotes from various insurance providers and present options to clients.
- Negotiate policy terms, conditions, and premiums on behalf of clients.
- Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims support efficiently.

Requirements

- A relevant insurance qualification (e.g., FAIS accreditation) and a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Insurance Broker .
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a strong client base.
- In-depth knowledge of a wide range of insurance products and the insurance market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using brokerage management systems and standard office software.
- Strong understanding of the financial services landscape in Kimberley .
