Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our agile kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring that our food service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.




Clean kitchen equipment and utensils regularly to maintain hygiene standards.
Support other kitchen staff members as needed to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
Willingness to assist with various tasks as needed within the kitchen.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
