About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Direct Sales Representative to generate leads and close sales for our roofing and exterior services. This role involves engaging with homeowners in targeted areas, offering free roof inspections and estimates.

A vehicle can be provided to the appropriate candidates.

Responsibilities:
Canvass designated neighborhoods to generate leads for roofing, siding, and exterior services.
Educate homeowners on our services and promotions.
Set appointments for in-home consultations with our estimators.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain a sales pipeline.




Represent our company professionally and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in direct sales, door-to-door sales, or customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Self-motivated with a robust work ethic.
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling objections.
Reliable transportation is preferred.

Compensation:
100% commission-based (high earning potential, plus bonus opportunities).

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
