Huber Window Cleaning is hiring a Field Technician to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, uses common sense, and takes pride in doing a job properly. This role is a great fit for someone with real-life experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while still being part of a team.

You don’t need years of industry experience. We can train the technical skills. What we need is someone dependable, coachable, and willing to put in an honest day’s work.

As a Field Technician, you’ll be working on residential and commercial job sites, helping with services such as window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning work. Every day is a little different, so we’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, stay organized, and represent our company well with customers.

The right person for this role is someone who:

Has a valid driver’s licence and can drive confidently

This position is hands-on, active, and customer-facing. You’ll be working outside, moving throughout the day, and helping customers take care of their homes and properties.
