Your mission at GardaWorld Cash Services:

As a Processor, Administrator you will be providing operational support to ensure that deadlines are met and that our customers receive the best possible service. We are looking for a problem solver with outstanding organizational skills.

What you will be doing
Providing training and supporting the cash processing staff on procedures to ensure a successful operation
Coordinating the cash processing to meet daily scheduling requirements and maintaining customer satisfaction
Assisting Managers with Daily Metrics Data Collection
Assisting in investigation of Daily outages and actioning as required (performing offsets, maintaining the daily differences tracker)




Maintaining physical inventory control in cash processing
Troubleshooting and resolving processing problems
Maintaining accurate records in accordance with the standard operating procedures
Responding to customer emails & inquiries in a timely and qualified manner
All other related tasks as assigned

What we are looking for
Solid Knowledge of Computer systems such as: Word, Excel, and MS Office applications
Reliable, conscientious, and responsible
Highly organized and work with minimal supervision
Strict attention to detail, accuracy in analysis
Exceptional time management and organizational skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Accounting experience preferred
Robust English communication skills both oral and written
Eager to work in a fast-paced environment and to cope with pressure and tight timelines
