Responsibilities
Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety standards
Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of food service staff, including interviewing and onboarding new team members
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency
Manage cash handling procedures and POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to ensure accurate transactions
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices at all times
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Coordinate with kitchen staff to optimize serving times and maintain high standards of hospitality




Train team members on food service techniques, safety protocols, and customer engagement strategies

Requirements
Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality environments
Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership skills in a quick-paced setting
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for cash handling and order processing
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage guest interactions positively
Experience in team management including interviewing, training, and performance coaching
Knowledge of kitchen operations, food handling procedures, and restaurant experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $18.25-$19.50 per hour
