Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Folder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently folding and packaging materials in a warehouse setting. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to operate various machinery, including forklifts, to ensure smooth workflow and product quality.

Responsibilities
Operate folding machines to produce high-quality folded products according to specifications.
Operate Cylinder and Clamshell Die Cutting Machines to produce sheets to fold
Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet company standards.
Package folded materials securely for storage or shipment, maintaining organization within the warehouse.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and workflow efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Assist in basic maintenance of machinery and equipment as needed, reporting any issues promptly.

Requirements




Previous experience operating a folding machine or a die cutter is required.
Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
Experience in fabricating or machining processes is advantageous.
Ability to lift and move packages safely, adhering to safety guidelines.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
