Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Family Lawyer to join our team at Nolan Persaud. The ideal candidate will possess a background or robust interest in family law, demonstrating a commitment to serving clients through various family-related legal matters. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, legal drafting expertise, and the ability to conduct thorough research. This lawyer will work closely with clients to provide guidance and representation in all family law matters.

Duties
Represent clients in family law litigation.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
Draft legal documents such as briefs, motions, and domestic contracts with precision and clarity.
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and arguments.




Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and provide updates on case progress.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure productive case management.

Experience
A lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Robust negotiation skills.
Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and writing is essential.
Familiarity with legal research tools is advantageous.
Candidates should demonstrate a passion for family law and a commitment to advocating for clients' best interests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
