Team Leadership & Coaching:
Coordinate the team and maintain a quick, organized pace of service.
Coach kitchen cooks and front counter staff to improve product quality and customer interactions.
Provide constructive feedback and motivate crew members.
Operations & Customer Service:
Lead the shift to ensure every customer receives accurate orders and great products.
Resolve guest complaints or service issues immediately.
Enforce company safety, sanitation, and food handling standard operating procedures.
Administrative & Management Support:
Assist the General Manager with ordering supplies, inventory counting, and scheduling.
Handle cash management tasks, including verifying safes, balancing cash drawers, and managing deposits.
Assign, oversee, and participate in store cleaning and opening/closing checklists.

Pay: $18.60-$39.35 per hour
