Duties
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a secure and efficient workflow
Assist dentists during various procedures, including exams, cleanings, restorations, and orthodontic treatments
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for exact diagnostics
Manage patient records using dental practice management software such as Dentrix and Epic, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures, answering questions, and helping patients feel comfortable
Support front desk operations by greeting patients, scheduling appointments,



and managing patient check-in/check-out processes as a dental receptionist
Assist with pediatrics and orthodontics cases, adapting care approaches to meet specific needs

Skills
Proven experience with dental assisting techniques and procedures in a busy clinic setting
Solid knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practice and patient care
Familiarity with dental software platforms such as Cleardent for record keeping and scheduling
Experience supporting orthodontic treatments and working with pediatric patients is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and provide outstanding patient service
Ability to operate CAD systems for digital impressions or other diagnostic tools
Knowledge of sterilization protocols, infection control standards, and OSHA regulations

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
