Duties
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Train and supervise retail staff to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets
Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system effectively
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role
Fabrics & sewing knowledge will be considered an asset.
Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating POS systems
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and staff




Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
