Part-Time Building Operator

Bridge Facility Services Ltd. is looking for an experienced Part-Time Building Operator for a temporary commercial property assignment in Vancouver.

Schedule
Monday to Friday
Approximately 4 hours per day
Preferred schedule: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Excluding statutory holidays
Temporary assignment expected to last approximately 1 to 3 months, with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities
General day-to-day building operations and maintenance
Monitor and operate building systems
Respond to tenant and operational requests
Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance
Assist with building access and security-related systems
Work with the site's existing building operations team
Identify and report maintenance or equipment concerns

Preferred Experience




Previous Building Operator or commercial property maintenance experience
Familiarity with DDC/building automation systems
Experience with access control systems
Comfortable working independently
Robust troubleshooting and general maintenance skills
Reliable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with property management and tenants

This is a positive opportunity for an experienced Building Operator looking for consistent weekday part time hours.
