We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our front-of-house team.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations
Supervise, train, and schedule staff
Maintain high guest service standards
Handle reservations, guest concerns, and busy service periods
Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams
Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and POS procedures
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and staff discipline
Help control labour costs and improve overall operations
Requirements:
Previous restaurant management experience
Robust leadership and communication skills
Full-service or fine-dining experience preferred
Smart Serve preferred
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
