Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the kitchen overall
Ensure proper food handling, storage,



and sanitation
Communicate effectively with other cooks and the front-of-house team
Assist in prep tasks and restocking
Uphold food safety regulations and workplace safety standards

Qualifications:
Kitchen experience an asset
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Robust communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Passion for food and an upbeat positive attitude
