SHOP MANAGER – LASER CUTTING & METAL FORMING

Are you an experienced manufacturing professional who knows how to keep a shop running efficiently?

We are looking for a Shop Manager with experience in laser cutting, press brake/forming, and metal manufacturing to join our team.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in laser cutting and metal forming
Robust knowledge of material grades and thicknesses
Experience with laser nesting and CNC programming
Ability to create and modify press brake programs
Robust quality control skills and attention to detail
Forklift experience
Ability to read and understand shop drawings
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with office/computer work and production coordination
A hands-on approach and the ability to lead a shop team
