Job Summary

We are hiring two experienced servers or front-of-house all-rounders to join our busy 50-seat noodle restaurant in Downtown Toronto.

Pay and schedule
$18/hour base wage + tip share
Staff currently receive approximately $5/hour in tips on average; actual tips vary with sales
Part-time or full time prospects, approximately 30–40 hours per week depending on availability
Must be available for lunch and dinner rushes, including weekend evenings
Location: Baldwin Street, Downtown Toronto

Responsibilities
Greet guests and provide friendly, productive service
Take orders accurately and use the POS system
Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
Serve noodles, snacks, drinks and takeout orders
Check on tables and respond promptly to guest requests
Clear and reset tables
Handle payments and maintain an organized front-of-house area
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
Support the team during busy periods and help wherever needed

This is a team-based all-rounder position. Duties may change depending on customer volume. During busy periods, team members will take on clearly assigned responsibilities such as order taking, cashier work, food running and table service. During slower periods, everyone is expected to help with cleaning, restocking and preparation.





Requirements
Previous serving, cashier or restaurant experience required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant
Strong English communication skills for guest service and team communication
Friendly, professional and confident with customers
Reliable, punctual and available for agreed shifts
Able to stand and move quickly for extended periods
Willing to support coworkers and take on different front-of-house duties

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
