About Us: Alma Rehab is a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services dedicated to improving the well-being of our community. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide psychotherapy and counseling services in a variety of settings, including in-person and via telephone.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical notes and records.
Collaborate continuously with other medical and rehabilitation specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.

Key Qualifications:




Current registration in positive standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
Superior communication, problem-solving, time management, and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a busy and diverse caseload.
Experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling services.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Bachelor's Degree (required)

Licence/Certification:
Registered Social Worker (RSW) (required)
