Overview
We are seeking a Placement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively communicating with Providers setting up interviews and completing the registration process in a professional and effective way. As a Licensed Home Childcare Agency some familiarity with childcare would be an asset.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage availability of spaces
Handle onboarding new Providers and children
Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Maintain the front desk area and greet visitors in a professional manner
Ability to understand and share agency and Provider needs with Supervisors

Requirements
Experience in office administration,



sales or a similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in office software applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Understanding of Licensed Childcare an asset

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
