Duties
Prepare and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation standards
Follow recipes and portion controls to ensure accurate meal preparation
Handle food safely by adhering to proper sanitation, storage, and handling procedures
Assist in plating dishes attractively for service, ensuring timely delivery to guests
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and utensils throughout shifts




Support the team during busy periods by assisting with food prep and service as needed
Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for everyone

Qualifications
Prior food service experience or restaurant experience demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations
Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
Robust understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Experience with serving guests in a quick-paced workplace is preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
