Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications to customers or healthcare professionals
Count and label medication containers accurately
Prepare prescription orders by retrieving, counting, pouring, weighing, and measuring medications
Package and label prescriptions for delivery or pickup
Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs
Process insurance claims and manage inventory control systems
Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues

Qualifications:
Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
Proficient computer skills for data entry and prescription processing
