Duties
Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using dental practice management software.
Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls appropriately, and handle appointment requests promptly.
Verify patient information and process billing
Maintain accurate patient records, update medical and dental histories, and ensure confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations.
Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry,



and managing correspondence to support smooth office operations.
Coordinate with dental staff to facilitate patient flow and communicate appointment changes or special needs effectively.

Skills
No dental experience necessary
Excellent communication skills for engaging with patients, staff, and insurance providers across multi-line phone systems.
Strong organizational abilities to manage schedules, records, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in documentation.
Prior experience working in a quick-paced office setting with excellent multitasking capabilities.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
